Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns Unfortunately, there are no returns, as each item is printed when ordered.  If the wrong item is delivered, please reach out with proof of error to substantiate a refund in the form of store credit.

Store Credit We do not offer exchanges. Approved refunds as a result of product or delivery error will be issued as store credit, which can be applied to any future purchase.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.  Please be aware that there will be no cash refunds for returned items.

How to file a concern To initiate an inquiry or voice a concern, please contact us at soulsoartrailco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for inquiry/concern.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items are not eligible for store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as special orders or personalized items.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
